What you'll be doing

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Orah, you'll be an integral part of our engineering team, working across customer-facing products and internal systems.

You'll have the opportunity to:

* Own and deliver end-to-end features and projects
* Work across both frontend and backend systems
* Contribute to architecture, system design and technical decisions
* Work closely with Product, Design and other engineering teams
* Help improve code quality, development practices and engineering standards
* Mentor and support other developers as you grow within the team
* Contribute to longer-term technical initiatives, internal tooling and architectural improvements
* Have an impact beyond your individual contributions by helping the team build better and move faster





What we're looking for

We're interested in engineers who:

* Have 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
* Have experience building and maintaining production software
* Are comfortable working across the full stack and navigating complex systems
* Have a solid understanding of software architecture and design principles
* Can make pragmatic technical decisions and understand trade-offs
* Enjoy working closely with Product, Design and other engineering teams
* Can communicate clearly and confidently, including with customers when required
* Enjoy sharing knowledge, mentoring others and contributing to the broader engineering team
* Take ownership and are comfortable working independently in a remote environment
