Job Title: Customer Service Associate Location: Work Timings: 9 AM TO 6 PM or Evening Shift : 6:30 PM to 02:30 AM
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Communicate clearly and courteously with students and parents.
Guide and assist students through processes (calls/chat/support tools).
Maintain and update data records accurately.
Use MS Excel for basic data management (filters, formatting, tracking sheets, etc.).
Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
Provide basic technical support (login assistance, form updates, minor troubleshooting).
Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in customer service.
Valuable command over MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Immediate joiners preferred.
