Role: Business Development Intern

About the Role

Unibotix builds custom robotics and automation systems for clients across the UAE and India. Our business development effort spans direct outreach, market research, and relationship-building with manufacturers, government entities, and industrial partners. We need someone to support this engine, keeping our pipeline organized, our research sharp, and our outreach team moving faster.

What You'll Do

- Maintain and update the CRM/prospect tracker — company details, contact status, follow-up dates
- Research target companies before outreach: sector, size, likely automation needs, right decision-maker to approach
- Build and expand target company lists across priority sectors (manufacturing, electronics, food & beverage, logistics, and others as directed)
- Support the outreach team (founder and business development leads) by prepping company briefs ahead of calls or meetings
- Track outreach outcomes and flag follow-ups that are due




- Assist in compiling win/loss notes and referral opportunities from closed or lost conversations
- Light coordination support for interview scheduling, meeting logistics, and follow-up communication

What We're Looking For
- Robust research skills — comfortable digging through company websites, LinkedIn, and public directories to find real, useful information
- Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable maintaining a structured tracker/spreadsheet or CRM
- Clear written English for brief, professional summaries and follow-up notes
- Genuine interest in B2B sales, market research, or business development
- Able to work independently once given a target list or research brief
- Bonus: prior exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or even structured spreadsheets)
