Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales of E-commerce and Digital Marketing services while leading a sales team and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Sell E-commerce & Digital Marketing services.

· Lead and manage the Business Development team.

· Generate recent business through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.





· Achieve team sales targets and monitor performance.

· Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Requirements

· 1–3 years of experience in selling E-commerce or Digital Marketing services.

· Team handling experience is mandatory.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.

· Target-oriented with excellent client management skills.
