Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern

- Duration: 3 Months

- Location: Jaipur

- Work Mode: In office

- Stipend: 6k to 12k + Performance Incentives

- PPO: Performance-Based Pre-Placement Offer

- PPO Package: Up to 4.5 LPA based on performance

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads provided by the company.

- Connect with interested prospects and understand their requirements.

- Explain products/services and recommend suitable solutions.

- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned targets.

- Maintain accurate lead and customer information.

- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversions.

- Participate in training and regular performance reviews.
