ROLE OVERVIEW

G Square & Company is looking for a proactive Business Development Intern to support lead generation, franchise enquiries, client communication, market research, and business growth activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate potential business leads through online research, social media, and other channels.
- Handle and follow up on franchise and business enquiries.
- Make outbound calls and communicate with prospective clients.
- Assist in lead qualification and appointment scheduling.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Maintain lead data in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or other tracking tools.
- Prepare follow-up lists, reports, presentations, and business trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely lead follow-ups.
- Assist in proposals, presentations, emails, and business communication.




- Track lead status and support day-to-day business development activities.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Confidence in speaking with prospective clients.
- Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and business development.
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Valuable research, organisational, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

QUALIFICATION Candidates pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field are preferred.
