JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Sales Intern to assist in lead generation, client outreach, and business development efforts. This role offers valuable experience in sales strategies and customer relationship management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, corporate partners, and high-net-worth individuals.

2.Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

3.Client Meetings & Pitches: Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our services and convert leads into clients.

4.Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and finalize agreements.

5.Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

6.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

7.Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of events.

8.Tracking & Reporting:



Monitor sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular reports on sales growth and forecasts.

9.Corporate & Vendor Networking: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups to build connections.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of work experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 60% or above in 12th Standard
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Basic understanding of sales and CRM tools.
