Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

At Zenturatech Technologies, we're looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and build long-term business relationships. If you're passionate about sales, technology, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and estimations in coordination with the technical team.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with project delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

- Strong communication, negotiation,



and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with selling IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, SaaS, Custom Software) — prior experience is a plus, not mandatory.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms for lead generation.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Compensation Structure (please read before applying)
- Month 1: Purely performance-based — no fixed salary. You earn 10% of the profit margin on every project you bring in.
- Month 2 onwards: ₹12,000/month fixed salary + 10% margin share on the projects you bring in.
- No cap on performance earnings — the more business you generate, the more you earn.
