Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding the agency’s client base. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Smarkupp Studios’ digital marketing and creative solutions to potential clients. The role involves managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals and pitch decks, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with revenue targets.

The Business Development

Executive will collaborate closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, maintain strong client relationships, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This position also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine business development strategies and support long-term growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid New Business Development and Lead Generation skills,



with experience identifying prospects and converting them into clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills, including handling client relationships and overseeing ongoing engagements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to conduct effective presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, or technology services sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to work with targets, manage time effectively, and use CRM or sales tools to track and report activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, collaborative approach to work.
