Business Development Executive

Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Experience: Minimum 1 Years relevant exp

Qualification: Graduate

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in TeleSales, Inside Sales, or Business Development
- Robust experience in target-based calling and revenue generation
- Exposure to B2B & B2C sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
- Software Sales experience will be an added advantage
- Real Estate Sales candidates are not eligible

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
- Manage the complete B2B & B2C sales cycle
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM
- Build client relationships through consultative selling and upselling

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday - Saturday
