About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, understanding their requirements, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Conduct cold calling and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable company/product solutions.
- Schedule product demos and meetings with prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Coordinate with the product/management team during the sales process.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.




- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

? What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, LinkedIn, email, and MS Office/Google Workspace is a plus.
