- Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Laravel-based websites, including basic updates, troubleshooting, content changes, and coordination with developers when required.

- Handle SEO activities, including on-page SEO, keyword optimization, website performance monitoring, and basic reporting.

- Manage digital marketing tools and support online marketing campaigns.

- Maintain and optimize the companys LinkedIn profile/page.

- Manage other social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.

- Create, schedule, and coordinate social media posts and promotional content.

- Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and social media engagement.

- Support the organization with other technology and digital marketing requirements.

- Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Laravel / PHP / HTML / CSS

- Understanding of website hosting, domains, SSL, and cPanel

- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics/Search Console

- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media management tools

- Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms

- Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills

- Windows and software installation/configuration

- MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge

- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills





- Ability to manage multiple IT and digital tasks independently

- Additional Skill

- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, printers, and basic network systems.

- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot software and applications on desktops/laptops.

- Provide basic IT support to employees for hardware, software, email, internet, and system-related issues.

- Maintain computers, operating systems, antivirus software, backups, and other IT resources.

- Coordinate with external IT/software vendors whenever required.

- Candidate Profile

- Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

- Candidates with relevant education or experience in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Software, Networking, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or related fields are suitable.

- Qualification

BCA / B.Sc. IT / B.Sc.

Computer

Science / B.Tech / BE / Diploma in IT or Computer Science / MCA / MBA Digital Marketing or any other relevant qualification suitable for the profile.

- Experience

- 0–3 Years

- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge
