? We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDA)

MECHOTOR STUDIOS is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client services business.

We work across Website UI/UX, Web Development, Branding & Logo Design, Graphics, Game UI/Art, and Game Development.

? What You’ll Do

- Identify and generate current business opportunities
- Find potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, social media, and other channels
- Reach out to startups, businesses, agencies, and entrepreneurs
- Understand client requirements and introduce our services
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
- Prepare proposals and help close projects
- Build long-term client relationships
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report progress

? What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interest in sales and business development
- Ability to generate leads independently
- Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email outreach
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Previous experience in IT, web, design, digital agency, or software sales is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also welcome





? Compensation

Performance-based / Commission + Incentives

Competitive commission structure based on successfully acquired and closed projects, with no earning ceiling.

For the right candidate, we can transition to a fixed salary + performance-based commission structure based on results.
