Goa Institute for Up-to-date Management is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential students/customers, understanding their career and learning requirements, explaining suitable programs, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Explain course details, benefits, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.
- Generate and manage leads through effective follow-up.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversions.
- Build solid relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and other business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
- Candidates who are passionate about sales, education, and career counselling are preferred.
