Stipend Range: ₹15K - ₹25K per month + Performance Incentives

Work Timings: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday

About Us

At Get Catalyzed, we are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to generate new business and promote our digital marketing services and business tools.

Candidates with prior Justdial experience will be highly preferred. Otherwise, experience in selling digital marketing, software, SaaS, website, SEO, or related services is required.

The role may involve client meetings, field visits, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, references, and field activities.
- Understand prospective clients' business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct in-field client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations when required.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Explain services, pricing, benefits, and business value clearly.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close business opportunities.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions,



follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Ideal Candidate:

- Proficiency in English & Hindi (spoken and written) – Strong command over communication.
- Excellent persuasion & negotiation skills – Ability to convince and close deals.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales/business development experience.
- Previous experience at Justdial will be strongly preferred.
- Digital marketing sales experience is required if not from Justdial.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Confident in conducting face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales reporting.
