Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Panchkula.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct outreach to potential clients, and build a strong sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, presenting Foto Ads’ services, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account setup.



The role involves maintaining long-term client relationships, monitoring account performance, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with campaign strategy.

The Business Development

Executive is expected to meet growth targets, provide market feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with a track record of building and managing a sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or agency environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Panchkula, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic marketing analytics is an advantage.
