Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida for a Business Development Executive – Education. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with educational partners, corporates, and individual learners.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct outreach via calls, meetings, and presentations to promote Grade Learner Academy’s programs and value proposition. Daily responsibilities include managing and nurturing accounts, tracking sales pipelines, preparing proposals,



and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to align offerings with market needs. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and regularly reporting on performance and market insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand the academy’s network.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Business understanding and Account Management to oversee client relationships and ensure long-term engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct effective presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder interactions.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in the education, edtech, or training sector, with a solid understanding of career-focused programs.
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and be comfortable working with CRM and basic MS Office tools.
