We are expanding our Local Business Promotion & Digital Advertising vertical and are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to join our team.

Job Role The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring new advertising clients and promoting AhilyanagarLive24's digital advertising solutions to local businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new local business clients
- Visit businesses and meet owners/decision-makers
- Explain digital advertising and promotional Reel packages
- Generate leads through cold calling and field visits
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Negotiate and close advertising deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Coordinate with the content team for client campaigns
- Ensure timely payment/collection from clients

Who We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Advertising / Media / Digital Marketing / Real Estate Sales
- 12th Pass or Graduate
- Excellent Marathi communication skills
- Good Hindi communication skills
- Confident and persuasive communication




- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and digital marketing is an advantage
- Candidates who have an existing local business network will be preferred

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in

Media Sales | Advertising Sales | Digital Marketing | Field Sales | Real Estate Sales | Business Development | Local Business Promotion will be preferred.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

Plus

Performance-based incentives / commission on successful collections
