About the Role

We're a creative agency specializing in branding and AI-driven marketing campaigns for clients in tech, real estate, and D2C. We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition someone who thrives on outbound outreach and can turn a cold call into a client.

What You'll Do

- Cold call and prospect potential clients across tech, real estate, and D2C
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
- Pitch our branding and AI-marketing services clearly and persuasively
- Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales funnel
- Support deal closure and help convert prospects into clients
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity

What We're Looking For

- 0–2 years in sales, business development,



or similar outbound work (freshers welcome)
- Strong verbal and written communication ,confident on cold calls
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection
- Self-motivated and target-driven remote and commission-based, so ownership matters
- Bonus: familiarity with digital marketing, branding, or AI tools

Compensation Commission-based, tied to closed deals and deal value (structure discussed at interview).
