Business Development Executive – Semi-Government Bank

Job Role:

- Handle walk-in customers at the bank branch.
- Promote and explain health insurance products.
- Generate current business through field visits and local outreach.
- Follow up with leads and customers and support deal closures.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.

Note: This is a Branch + Field Sales role requiring regular travel across assigned zones.

Requirements

- Graduate / 3-Year Diploma / B.Voc
- Passing Year: 2021–2025
- Age: 18–27 years
- Freshers can apply.




- Good communication skills in English and local languages.
- Comfortable with Branch + Field Sales and regular travel.
- Comfortable working in day shifts as per bank holidays.

Not Eligible

LLB / CA / Doctors / B.Ed / Integrated Courses Candidates with active PF accounts

Apprentices with active contracts

Candidates outside the eligible passing-year range
