We are hiring a Business Development Executive to handle customer communication, follow-ups, lead management, and coordination with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Speak with customers, understand their requirements, and provide proper assistance.
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls, and email.
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointments, queries, and customer requirements.
- Maintain and update lead/customer records in MS Excel.
- Track follow-ups, lead status, appointments, and sales activities.
- Generate leads through referrals, online channels, databases, and follow-ups.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements
- 1-6 yrs of experience
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).




- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and computers.
- Graduate/Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, CRM, retail, or business development is an advantage.
