Chariot Beach Resort is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to drive sales and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, field sales experience, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities.

- Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and other potential customers.

- Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand requirements and promote resort offerings.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maximize business opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.





- Maintain regular updates on sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Candidates with field sales/business development experience are preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.

- Positive interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Multilingual language skills will be an added advantage.

- Candidates from the Hotel/Resort industry are preferred; candidates from other industries with relevant field sales experience may also apply.
