About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive to join our on-site team in Indore.

This role is ideal for a fresher or candidate with 1+ year of experience who has excellent English communication skills, a strong learning attitude, and an interest in B2B sales and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads.
- Communicate with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
- Conduct cold outreach and consistent follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Maintain lead information and follow-ups using CRM/sales tools.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and business-development targets.

Requirements




- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, consistent, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable with calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

- Prior IT experience is an advantage but not mandatory for robust freshers.
