Job Description

BlackBuck is hiring energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships within the logistics and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit transporters, logistics companies, and fleet owners to promote BlackBuck services
- Explain products, pricing, and technology-driven logistics solutions to customers
- Generate leads and develop strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
- Maintain daily and weekly activity reports

Eligibility Criteria

- Bike is mandatory




- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
- Field sales experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for field visits
- Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented candidates preferred
