Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and result-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to generate new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and promote our laboratory testing and consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, online platforms, and direct visits.
- Promote Food, Water, Soil, Fertilizer, Agricultural, Environmental, Chemical, and Microbiological Testing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Visit industries, manufacturers, exporters, farmers, food businesses, and other potential clients.
- Understand customer testing requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on business enquiries.
- Follow up with customers for sample submission, order confirmation, and payments.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
- Identify new markets, industries, and customer segments.
- Develop long-term business relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the laboratory and management team to ensure smooth customer service.

Qualification
- Education: Any Degree / Diploma.
- Preferred: BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Sc Chemistry, Food Science, Agriculture, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experiencein Business Development, Sales, Marketing,



or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to travel for customer visits.

Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Good lead generation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to convert enquiries into business.
- Good time management and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidates Candidates with relevant experience in laboratory testing, food testing, water testing, environmental testing, agriculture, chemical industries, manufacturing, or B2B sales will be preferred.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary will be based on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.
