We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.

- Client Acquisition for IT services such as web development, software solutions, cloud services, and digital marketing.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.

- Draft proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.

- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics to management.





Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

- Strong knowledge of IT services including software development, cloud solutions, and digital products.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

- Robust negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

- 1–5 years of experience in IT sales or business development preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
