Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Patna.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on partnerships with educational institutions and companies that require skilled talent.

Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. The role involves understanding client needs, drafting proposals,



negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

The Business Development

Executive will also track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and contribute to strategic initiatives that support EzyKnot Careers’ growth and mission.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, understand requirements, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in education, training, recruitment, or related sectors, along with basic knowledge of sales pipelines and CRM tools.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
