Role Objective The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating recent business, acquiring clients, developing recruitment mandates, and building long-term client relationships for Stafix Workforce Solutions.

The role is expected to own the complete commercial cycle from prospect identification to client acquisition, requirement generation, recruitment coordination, invoicing support, repeat business, and account development.

This is a revenue-focused role and not merely a telecalling or lead-generation position.
