Red Learning Academy is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting our training programs, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have a good understanding of the Indian market and be able to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through various sales channels.

- Handle customer enquiries and provide information about the company's training programs and services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.





- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, networking events, and promotional activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.

- Experience in B2B and B2C sales.

- Has prior experience in corporate sales.

- Good knowledge of the Indian market and local business environment.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Target-oriented with the ability to achieve sales goals.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
