Business Development Executive

Location: Agra | Work Mode: Onsite

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our Enrollment Team. You will handle warm and high-intent leads, understand their requirements, build trust, and guide them toward enrolling in NeuroSlim’s transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle warm leads through calls and consultations.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain regular communication and achieve monthly targets.
- Work closely with the team to improve conversions and customer experience.

Requirements:

- 1+ year experience in sales, EdTech, wellness, coaching, or consultative sales preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
