Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Trichy office and handle B2B outbound calling, lead follow-up, customer engagement, and sales conversion for our ISO Certification and Training services.

This is a 100% office-based inside-sales role. The candidate will work with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other business channels, contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain our services, and consistently follow up to generate qualified opportunities and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding ISO Certification and Training services.
- Clearly explain our services, process and commercial terms to prospective customers.
- Contact and follow up with leads received through marketing campaigns, enquiries, and other sources.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads for certification or training services
- Handle customer questions professionally and move prospects toward the next stage of the sales process.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, demos, or call-backs with senior sales/technical team members when required.
- Maintain accurate lead information, call notes, follow-up dates, and sales pipeline status in CRM.
- Support promotional activities for webinars, training programs, campaigns, and special offers.
- Maintain professional communication and disciplined follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory:

- Minimum 4 years of total skilled work experience.




- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in BDE, Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or Outbound Calling.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and following up consistently.
- Good persuasion, objection-handling, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with ethical selling approach
- Basic computer skills and ability to update CRM records accurately.
- Willingness to work from our Trichy office on a full-time basis.

Preferred Experience

- Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred: B2B services, ISO Certification, Certification / Compliance, Training & Consulting, Business Services, Corporate Sales or Professional Services.
- Experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho One is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO standards is not mandatory. Product and ISO-related training will be provided.

Language Skills

- Required: English (The candidate should be comfortable communicating with business customers professionally in English)
- Advantage: Tamil and/or Hindi

Compensation

- ₹25,000 fixed monthly salary + attractive performance-based incentives.

Work Location

- K.K. Nagar, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu
- This is a work-from-office position. There is no regular field-sales requirement.
- Candidates should be able to reliably commute to the Trichy office or relocate before joining.
