Join Our Team as a Business Development Executive!

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of sales/telecalling experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential students through calls, WhatsApp messages, and regular follow-ups.
- Handle student enquiries and convert potential leads into successful admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Provide proper guidance to students regarding course selection and career options.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, enquiries, and follow-up records.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly and ensure timely conversion.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and sales targets.
- Build good relationships with prospective students and support them throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the concerned team to ensure a smooth admission procedure.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience is required.
- Experience in telecalling, education sales, admissions, or student counselling will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.




- Comfortable making calls and communicating with students through mobile phone and WhatsApp.
- Experience with Zoho CRM will be a valuable addition.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to take responsibility for achieving monthly targets.

Salary & Incentives
- Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Attractive performance-based incentives in addition to salary.
- Candidates who continuously achieve their assigned targets for 3 consecutive months will be eligible for a salary revision based on performance.
