JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive

We are looking for organized sales and marketing manager to assist in the advertising and selling of our company’s products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. Experience with any building materials company is preferred [Paints/Tiles/PVC/Glass/windows & doors/ Aluminium Windows&Doors;/ Lift or Elevators].

The sales and marketing should represent the company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. You should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

 Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

 Maintaining relationships with important clients, Architects and builders by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating recent marketing opportunities.

 Arrange appointments with target audience by phone,



e-mail or direct visits for project related matters, e.g. visit to sites.

 Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.

 Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data, sales activities and trends to draft reports.

 Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising campaigns.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

 A technical background (e.g. Civil engineering / Architectural Engineering / Mechanical Engineering) with a natural ability to deal with technical issues. An MBA or equivalent would be an added advantage.

 Well-developed inter-personal skills and should have proven track record of sales personnel of at-least 1 years.

 Self-motivated with the determination to achieve results and win against strong opposition.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
