About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and client acquisition for our IT & Digital Services.

The role involves lead generation, market visits, client meetings, presentations and converting business opportunities into successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through market visits, calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Visit prospective and existing clients in the local market for business meetings and presentations.
- Pitch services such as Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, CPaaS, WhatsApp & SMS solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare proposals/quotations and negotiate with prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular CRM updates.




- Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding and project handover.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / IT Sales / Digital Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Willingness to make regular local market visits and meet clients face-to-face.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic understanding of IT or Digital Marketing services.

CPaaS, SaaS, software or technology sales experience will be an added advantage. Why Join Us?
