About the Role

Plus People is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive B2B client acquisition through field sales, prospecting, client meetings, and business development activities.

Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new B2B clients through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct regular client meetings and understand business requirements.
- Pitch suitable recruitment and hiring solutions to prospective clients.
- Handle objections related to pricing, competition, products, and business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
- Drive client onboarding and generate revenue from acquired accounts.
- Maintain accurate prospect and client data.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.




- Develop market references and generate repeat and referral business.
- Represent Plus People professionally during client meetings and market visits.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hardcore B2B Sales experience is mandatory.
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Diploma / HSC candidates with strong relevant sales experience may also be considered.
- 2-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence (DL) is mandatory.
- Vehicle RC is mandatory — candidate's own RC or an immediate family member's RC can be considered.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel and client meetings.
- Target-oriented with a robust business development mindset.
