Autotrade Aviation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support and expand the company's business presence across the Air Force, Defence, Aviation, and Government sectors .

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Defence/Aviation Business Development, Government Sales, Tender Management, and Government Procurement , along with strong client relationship and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Indian Air Force, Defence, Aviation, and Government sectors .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Defence organizations, Air Force establishments, government departments, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and track tenders, RFQs, RFPs, GeM opportunities, and government procurement requirements .
- Assist in preparing technical/commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and bid submissions .
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to tenders, customer requirements, and project deliverables.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into qualified business opportunities.
- Support the complete business development cycle, from lead generation and enquiry handling to negotiation and order closure .
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, tenders, follow-ups, and business activities.
- Develop regular business reports and provide updates to management regarding pipeline, opportunities, and market developments.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of the Air Force, Defence, Aviation,



and Government procurement ecosystem .
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Knowledge of government procurement procedures and tender processes .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, defence establishments, exhibitions, and business development activities when required.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline
- OR
- AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering)

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in any of the following:

- Air Force / Defence
- Aviation / Aerospace
- Government Sales
- Defence Sales
- Business Development
- Tender Management
- Government Procurement

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in Defence/Aviation Business Development .
- Working knowledge of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal .
- Experience in tender preparation, bid management, and government procurement.
- Existing professional network within the Defence, Air Force, Aviation, or Aerospace sector will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
