Role Description : The Business Development Executive role at Appexigo is a full-time on-site position based in Noida.

- The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline across target sectors such as IT, BFSI, logistics, healthcare, and startups.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, engaging prospects through calls, emails, and meetings, delivering product presentations and demos, and nurturing relationships to convert leads into long-term clients.
- The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, manage key accounts, track sales performance,



and provide feedback to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- This role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and representing Appexigo professionally at client interactions and industry events.

Qualifications :

- Candidates should possess strong Recent Business Development and Lead Generation skills to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear spoken and written business communication.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Business, sales processes, and basic commercial concepts relevant to B2B technology solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, HR tech, or background verification/digital KYC solutions is highly beneficial/ preferred.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and use CRM or sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
