Translate workplace metrics into actionable XLAs (Experience Level Agreements) and executive storytelling

Enterprise Governance: Enforce Zero Trust models, RBAC, and least-privilege security architectures

Experience:



10+ Years (Minimum 3+ years in DEX or Automation Architecture

~ Immediate Joiners or Max 20 Day
~ Deep expertise in Nexthink, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and XLAs
.

Knowledge of secondary DEX/UEM tools (ControlUp, 1E, SysTrack, Jamf, Workspace ONE), ServiceNow integrations, Power BI, and emerging tech like Copilot, agentic automation, or MCP
.
Certifications (Bonus): Nexthink Certified, Microsoft MD-102 / MS-102 / SC-300 / AZ-104, or ITIL 4 Foundation
