Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor research, and supporting the development of sales strategies and proposals. The associate will engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, present agency services, and help build strong client relationships.

Daily tasks include preparing presentations, maintaining lead and pipeline data, coordinating with internal teams on proposals and pitches, and tracking performance against business development targets. The role requires close collaboration with marketing and strategy teams to ensure alignment between client needs and Smarkupp Studios’ service offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills,



including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, with the ability to analyze industries, competitors, and client needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management in digital marketing or creative services is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a quick-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, presentation software, and basic data analysis is beneficial.
