Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Business Development Associate who will support business growth while working closely with the Business Development, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Administration departments. The role involves client coordination, lead generation, marketing support, internal coordination, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct outbound calls, meetings and follow up with prospective customers.

· Qualify leads and maintain accurate lead information.

· Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers.

· Negotiate with prospects and assist in closing deals.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.

· Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and market research.





· Support recruitment, employee coordination, and HR-related activities.

· Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, records, reports.

· Update customer and sales information in CRM/Excel.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

· Prepare regular reports on lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.

Qualification

UG: Any Graduate, PG: Any Postgraduate (0 to 1) yrs exp

Salary:

Up to 20,000 (Performance Based / Flexible)
