Longerons Outsourcing Private Limited is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, promoting our services, conducting product demonstrations, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
This role is best suited for individuals who possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to build a successful career in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Explain company services and offerings effectively.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful conversions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Lead generation and customer engagement skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Experience using CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
