We are looking for a highly driven, well-connected Business Development & Liaison Partner to lead our government tender and liaison operations in the Baripada region.

This role is strictly a commission-based opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary. Your compensation is entirely performance-driven and will be structured as a profit-sharing percentage of the contracts and tenders you successfully secure. The profit-sharing percentage will be highly competitive and will vary on a case-to-case and tender-to-tender basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary representative for the company in Baripada, regularly visiting Heads of Departments (HODs), hospital administrations, and other key decision-makers.
- Tender Generation: Work closely with government departments to identify requirements, propose solutions, and successfully get new tenders floated.
- Approvals & Clearances: Navigate administrative channels to secure all necessary approvals, signatures, and documentation required for the tender process.
- Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and leverage long-term strategic relationships with local authorities and departmental heads in the region.

Negotiate effectively during the liaison and pre-bidding phases to position the company favorably.

- Liaison Experience: Prior experience dealing with government departments, public sector tenders, or medical supplies is highly preferred.
- Self-Starter: You are highly motivated by performance-based financial rewards and are comfortable working independently as a business development associate rather than an employee.
