About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, results-driven, and ambitious Business Development Executives to join our growing team in New Delhi. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base, building strong professional relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Identify potential business leads, connect with prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and high retention.
- Sales Strategy: Pitch company products/services effectively, negotiate deals, and achieve monthly business targets.
- Market Research:



Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline records and report daily performance metrics to team leads.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduation in any stream.
- Batch Eligible: 2022 / 2023 / 2024 / 2025 / 2026 graduates.
- Experience: Open for both Freshers and Experienced candidates.
- Skills Required:
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales and networking.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
