- Graduate in any stream

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development

- Experience handling US/UK markets with revenue-based responsibilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Robust customer service, discovery, and presentation skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level decision makers

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

- Ability to maintain and manage a consistent sales pipeline

Key Responsibilities

- Identify customer needs and position appropriate solutions

- Prepare and customize client proposals

- Negotiate with clients and support deal closures

- Monitor industry trends and customer requirements

- Manage proposal and RFP response processes





- Create content and coordinate inputs from different sources

- Nurture accounts and client relationships through multiple communication channels

- Support sales and business development strategies and processes

- Assist with deal structure, pricing, and business value analysis

- Negotiate pricing for bids and proposals
