CCAN Solution is a leading provider of certificate attestation, transcript, WES, ECA, PCC, and international documentation services. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growing team and help expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

Conduct follow-ups to convert inquiries into successful business.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Stay updated on market trends and identify current business opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).





Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.

Good negotiation and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
