Hiring: Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in international calling & lead generation. Packaging industry experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- International calling & lead generation
- Cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn & online research
- Identify and qualify international B2B prospects
- Follow up with leads and schedule meetings
- Maintain CRM/lead records and achieve targets

Requirements
- 1+ year experience in international calling/lead generation
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong sales, follow-up & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM & LinkedIn
- B2B/packaging industry experience preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
