ABOUT HIQ WEDDINGS

HiQ Weddings is a premium wedding photography and cinematography company with 2,000+ weddings captured. We are looking for a agile, driven Business Development Executive to build solid relationships with couples, wedding planners and venue partners—and turn qualified enquiries into bookings.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respond to, understand and qualify incoming wedding enquiries.
- Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp, email and video calls.
- Schedule and conduct client consultations and drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, venues and industry partners.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM.
- Track sales activity and provide regular sales updates.
- Consistently work towards and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR




- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused with a professional and confident approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive and highly target-driven.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the wedding, events, hospitality or luxury industry will be an advantage.
