Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Analyst who combines sharp market research skills with a strong commercial acumen. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-value growth opportunities, analyzing legal market trends, and developing data-backed strategies to help our partners and legal teams pitch to prospective corporate clients. You will bridge the gap between legal expertise and market demand, ensuring our practice areas maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Research &
- Competitive Intelligence:

- Conduct comprehensive market research on the legal, corporate taxation, and securities sectors to identify emerging trends, regulatory shifts, and business opportunities.

- Analyze competitor positioning, pricing strategies, and service offerings to identify gaps and areas for firm expansion.

- Lead Generation &

- Pipeline Management:

- Identify, qualify, and generate prospective corporate clients, businesses, and high-net-worth individuals requiring legal representation in taxation and securities matters.

- Maintain and manage the firm’s business development pipeline,



tracking outreach metrics, conversion rates, and client acquisition milestones.

- Proposal &

- Pitch Development:

- Collaborate with senior leadership and partners to draft compelling business proposals, capability statements, pitch decks, and tender responses.

- Ensure all marketing and proposal collateral accurately reflects the firm’s expertise and value proposition.

- Client Relationship &

- Networking Support:

- Assist in organizing and executing networking events, corporate seminars, and industry webinars.

- Support relationship-building initiatives with existing corporate clients to drive cross-selling of the firm's diverse legal services.

- Performance Reporting:

- Prepare periodic reports and data dashboards detailing business development metrics, ROI on marketing initiatives, and revenue growth forecasts for the management team.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
