Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to handle incoming customer inquiries, understand their requirements, provide suitable solutions, and convert leads into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product/service information.
- Generate sales opportunities from inbound leads.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain lead records.
- Explain product features,



perks, pricing, and solutions to customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
