At DefineRight, we have an open role for a Business Analyst with a strong background in Life Sciences and a proven track record of successfully delivering client projects. As a Business Consultant / Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

- Client Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and specific requirements related to projects.

- Business Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of client's existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Requirement Documentation: Prepare clear and detailed documentation of client requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design innovative and feasible solutions that meet client needs and comply with industry standards and regulations.

- Project Planning: Assist in project planning and scheduling, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans,



and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.

- Change Management: Support clients and end-users during the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth transition to the recent processes and technologies.

- Continuous Improvement: Leverage your domain expertise to propose process improvements, best practices, and innovative solutions that enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with 4-7 years of dedicated experience in the Life Sciences domain will be an added advantage.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate complex information and translate it into clear and actionable requirements.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven track record of delivering successful client projects within scope, on time, and within budget.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and experience working in cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.

- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Life Sciences domains are advantageous.
